Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Non-Consulting Services Of Annual Maintenance Contract For Maintenance & Servicing Works

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Non-Consulting Services of Annual Maintenance Contract for Maintenance & Servicing Works of Lift, Sub-Station Generator Air Conditioning and Fresh Air & Fire Detection and Protection System in for different lots. Eligibility of Tenderer: Eligibility of Tenderer LOT-1: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. b) The tenderer must have experience of having at least 2 (two) Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Servicing and Maintenance of Lift for at least three years in government, semi-government organizations/Bank/Commercial Industries with 24X7 support and minimum work order value 50 (fifty) Lakh BDT. The Tenderer must have to submit the contract agreement. c) The tenderer must be authorized by the Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments (DIFE), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. d) The tenderer must be member of Bangladesh Elevator Escalators & Lift Importers Association (BEELIA) e) The tenderer must have Distributorship Authorization from the Cone Finland brand Lift and must have the ability to perform Yearly software update of DCS (Destination Control System) of KONE-Finland lifts. f) The tenderer must submit up to date Manufacturer genuine spare parts declaration. g) The required average annual construction turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 150 (Taka One Hounded and Fifty Only) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. h) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer will be Tk.75.00 (Taka Seventy-Five Only) Lakh. The Liquid Assets Certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation. LOT-2: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. b) The tenderer must have experience of having at least 1 (one) Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Servicing and Maintenance of Sub-station & Generator for at least three years in government, semi-government organizations/Bank/Commercial Industries with 24X7 support and minimum work order value 50 (fifty) Lakh BDT. The Tenderer must submit the contract agreement. c) The tenderer must have experience of having at least 1 (one) Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Servicing and Maintenance of Electrical Equipments/ Building Electrification system for at least three years in government, semi-government organizations/Bank/Commercial Industries with 24X7 support and minimum work order value 20 (twenty) lac BDT. The Tenderer must submit the contract agreement. d) The tenderer must be authorized by the Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments (DIFE), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. e) The tenderer must have Updated ABC electrical contractor license and electrical supervisory license from the Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. f) The Tenderer must submit a list of Technical Persons who are certified by the Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. i) The required average annual construction turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 150 (Taka One Hounded and Fifty Only) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. g) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer will be Tk.75.00 (Taka Seventy-Five Only) Lakh. The Liquid Assets Certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation. LOT-3: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. b) The Tenderer must be Submitted Certificate of 05 (Five) years Experience at least 1500 Ton Capacity Air Conditioning System Operation & Maintenance Works under Public Sector. Similar nature of work means completion of Operation & Maintenance of Air-Conditioning System works valued at least Tk.112.00 (Taka One Hundred Twelve Only) Lakh in a single contract under Public Sector i.e. Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies will only be considered over the period of last 05 (Five) years. This is to be supported by Work Order/NOA and Work Completion Certificate. Private works will not be taken into Consideration. c) The Tenderer must have Distributorship Authorization from the Mitsubishi Electric Brand Air Conditioner in Bangladesh. Demonstrated experience with MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC brand systems/Equivalent EU/Japan/Malaysia brand quality. d) The tenderer must have Updated ABC electrical contractor license and electrical supervisory license from the Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh e) The Tenderer must have Distributorship Agreement from the Climaveneta Brand Air Conditioner of Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems S.p. A in Bangladesh f) The Tenderer must have Exclusive Representative Agreement from the System Air Brand Ventilation System in Bangladesh. g) The Tenderer must have at least One Mitsubishi Electric Certified Engineer completed maintenance tools and city multi VRF testing and commissioning h) The tenderer must submit up to date Manufacturer genuine spare parts declaration. i) The required average annual construction turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 150 (Taka One Hundred Fifty Only) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. j) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer will be Tk.75.00 (Taka Seventy-Five Only) Lakh. The Liquid Assets Certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation. LOT-4: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. b) The Tenderer must submit a Certificate of 05 (Five) years Experience in installing, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm System (FAS) & Fire Protection System (FPS) and Operation & Maintenance Works under the Public Sector. Similar nature of work means completion of Operation & Maintenance of installing, testing, and commissioning Fire Alarm System (FAS) & Fire Protection System (FPS) works valued at least Tk.13.00 (Taka Thirteen Only) Lakh in a single contract under Public Sector i.e. Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies will only be considered over the period of the last 05 (Five) years. This is to be supported by a Work Order/Work Completion Certificate and NOA/Agreement Copy. Private works will not be taken into Consideration. c) The Tenderer must have to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from the Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board d) The Tenderer must have Distributorship Authorization/must have Honeywell (Notifier by Honeywell) Certified Engineer and will submit their certificate e) The Tenderer must have a Distributorship Agreement from the Tornatech Brand fire protection system of LICHFIELD Fire & Safety Equipment Co. Ltd. (LIFECO) in Bangladesh. f) The Tenderer must have at least one installed (testing and commissioning) System (Notifier by Honeywell) distributor certificate g) The tenderer must submit up to date Manufacturer genuine spare parts declaration. h) The Tenderer must submit a list of Technical Persons who are certified by the manufacturers i) The Tenderer must submit Fire Association affiliation certificates along with this tender to confirm that he is experienced enough in this sector and supply genuine and original materials for both systems. j) The required average annual construction turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 100 (Taka One Hundred only) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. k) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer will be Tk.70.00 (Taka Seventy Only) Lakh. The Liquid Assets Certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation.
