Remote-Control Siren Devices-Development And/Or Completion Of The Notifying-Removal System Of Craiova: Electronic Siren Purchase Of 1200W And 2400W. Within The Investment Objective Development And/Or Completion Of The Notification -Alarming System Of Craiova Municipality, It Is Purchased With Assembly, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Task Book No. 105072/31.03.2025, 3 Pcs. Electronic Sirens Of 1200W And 1 Pcs. 2400W Electronic Siren With Dedicated Telephone Circuit Interfaces, Internet/Intranet (Tcp/Ip), Gsm Mobile Telephony And Vhf Dedicated Radio Channel. The Operations With Accessory Title Necessary To Be Carried Out: - The Installation Of The Electronic Sirens In The Locations Established By The Contracting Authority; - Integration/Connection Of Sirens To The Existing Infrastructure; - Performing All The Configurations/Settings Necessary To Put The Sirens Into Operation; - Functional Tests Of The Product In The Presence Of The Representatives Of The Purchaser; - The On -Site Training Of The Personnel Designated By The Contracting Authority. The Modification Of The Contract, During Its Validity Period, Is Done Under The Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Modification Of The Contract During Its Validity Period, Thus Only In The Cases And Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Is Realized By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law.
