The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 6 The Same, Factory New, Zero -Emission Class Ii Electric Buses, The M3 Category. The Buses In Question Must Be Brand New, Unused, Fully Functional, Produced Not Earlier Than In 2025, From The Official Distribution Channel In Poland Or The European Union, Not Burdened With Any Rights Of Third Parties. Buses Cannot Come From The Exhibition At Sales Points. They Must Be The Same Model/Type, The Same Version, Have The Same Equipment And Organization Of Passenger Space. The Components, Parts Used, Solutions And Technical Parameters Must Be The Same In All The Pieces Of The Buses Offered. Buses Are To Be Delivered Along With Additional Equipment, Authorized, Necessary Software, Documentation And Conducting Training. The Employer Will Consider That A New Vehicle Will Also Be A Vehicle, Which In Connection With The Need To Perform Appropriate Technical Inspections, Obtaining Appropriate Approval And Transport To The Employer Will Have A Mileage Of No More Than 1,000 Kilometers. The Employer Allows The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party With His Own, On Wheels Without Using Tow Trucks. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Submit A Statement Over 50 Km Of More Than 50 Km, From Which The Vehicle Delivered To The Employer Will Result, I.E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Route That Was Made By The Vehicle Delivered To The Employer Being The Subject Of The Contract Together With An Indication Of The Distance In Km In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
