The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Performing The Function Of A Replacement Investor (Hereinafter The Investor) Consisting In Comprehensive Service Of The Project Entitled: Design And Build Investment Tasks Entitled Scope Covering The Preparatory Process Including Checking, Control And Supervision Over The Performance Of Design Works, Construction Works And Warranty Liability, In Particular: Management Of The Investment Process, In Particular Organization, Supervision, Coordination And Completion Of The Entire Investment Process Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of The Municipal Road Connecting Gg2 Szybowe Odra Duties And Activities That The Employer Charges With Contracts Concluded With All Participants Of The Investment Process, Related To The Management And Service Of Investment During Its Implementation Until The Completion And Receipt And Its Settlement With The Contractor Of Construction Works, As Well As Obligations Arising From The Construction Law, Performing The Obligations Of Investor Supervision And Coordinating The Activities Of Investor Supervision Inspectors In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act, Performing And Receipt Of Construction Works - The Investor Will Control And Supervise The Performance And Course Of Warranty Inspections For Performed Works, Services As Well As Supplied Devices And Equipment. The Investor Will Perform His Duties Based On The Contract Concluded With The Employer. The List Of The Investors Main Tasks Was Presented In Annex 2 And Does Not Exclude The Performance Of Other Activities That Will Be Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Construction Work Contract And Securing The Interests Of The Employer. The Investor Should Provide Adequate Executive Staff - A Set Of Highly Qualified Specialists, Industry Engineers, With Appropriate Qualifications, Appropriate Knowledge And Experience, And The Ability To Perform Tasks That Meet The Requirements Set By The Requirements That Meet The Requirements.
