The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Contracting Authority Consisting In Performing Adaptation Works For The Purposes Of Transferring The Mental Health Clinic To The Ground Floor Of An Administrative Building With The Simultaneous Transfer Of Current Hospital Clinics Located There Located To The Rooms Of The High Ground Floor In The Main Building Of The Poviat Hospital Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane At Ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane. 2. Construction Works Being The Subject Of This Contract, In Particular, Include: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works, 3) Execution Of Supplementary Works In The Scope Of Electrical, Teletechnical And Low -Current Infrastructure. The Detailed Scope Is Described In The Pre -City And Descriptive Part In The Technical Documentation, 4) Execution Of Works In The Scope Of Protecting Plastic Floors As Well As Vaginal Slabs And Fertile Slats And Their Partial Replacement, 5) Execution Of Works In The Field Of Painting, 6) Replacement Of The Suspended Ceiling In Selected Rooms, 7) Finishing Works, 8) Processing Of Receipt And Their Assembly In A New Place. Sketches, 9) Transfer Of The Archive To New Rooms, 10) Transfer Of Internal Blinds And The Installation Of A New One, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex 7 To Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Receipt Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As The Stwiorb Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And In Accordance With The Pre -Work That After Completing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 9) Required By The Provisions Of Measures Of Trial And Checking As Well As As -Built Inventory In The Scope Of All Performed Works, Including Electrical And Low -Current Installations. 3. Due To The Fact Of Carrying Out Works In An Active Facility, The Employer Reserves That The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Deliver The Schedule Of Works To The Contracting Authority Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Contract In Accordance With The Guidelines To The Schedule Contained In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex 7 To J Swz. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Schedule Of Works Implementation Is Obliged To Agree With The Head Of The Technical And Operation Department Of The Poviat Hospital In Zakopane Before Starting The Work So That During The Implementation Of Works - Not Cause, Among Others Excessive Nuisance For Patients And In The Work Of The Poviat Hospital In Zakopane. 4.
