1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Two Playgrounds At The Beans Nursery In Przecław, Przecław 127, 67-312 Niegosławice, Plot With The Number Of Records 54 Przecław Prejudice And At The Nursery Elfiki In Gościeszowice, Gościeszowice 82A, 67-312 Niegosławice Plot With Number 612/1 As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds. Things Include: 1) Performance Of New Surfaces, 2) Supply And Assembly Of Equipment, 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Facilities, 4) Ordering The Terrain After Completing The Task Is Obliged To Commission The Inspection Of The Playground Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground And The Surface With Pn-En 1176 And 1177, Respectively, And Present The Document Confirming This Document Confirming This Compliance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Place The Information Board About Receiving Funding Under The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025 On Each Playground One. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 6 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Operation Should Be Done In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Proof Of The Tolerance In The Size Of Toys +/- 20%.1.2. The Implementation Of The Order Should Be Carried Out With Appropriate Consideration Of The Project Co -Financing Agreement With Attachments, Guidelines In The Implementation Of Projects Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds. 1.3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Performance Of The Contract And Contact The Employer During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To Speak Polish In A Communicative Level. In The Event That The Abovementioned Persons Will Not Speak Polish, During The Contract And For The Purposes Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Translator At His Own Expense And His Own Efforts.
