The Subject Of The Contract Is: Construction Of A Free-Standing Theater Building As An Extension, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of An Existing Service And Commercial Building And A Storage And Warehouse Building With Creative Space As A Spectacle-Stage I. The Order Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Existing Commercial And Commercial Building With A Usable Area Of 523.34 M2 And Kubuje 2851.40 M2 In Order To Increase The Usable Area Of The Designed Object And Introduce Functional Improvements Along With The Change In The Use Of Their Use. 2) Insulating And Internal Finishing Works: - Gypsum Plasters - Wall Cladding - Wall Painting - Platelet Floors Made Of Artificial Stones - Suspended System Ceilings 3) Insulating And External Finishing Works: - Ventilated System Facades As Well 6) Sanitary Installations:- Water Supply,- Sewage- Heat- Ventilation 7) Land Development:- Lighting- Rainwater Sewage System- Creation Of 10 Parking Spaces- Demolition Of Part Of The Warehouse Building Of The Component- Hardening To Reach And Access- Fence- Execution Of Lawns And Plantings. The Employer Informs That The Project Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Of Works. The Proceedings In Question Apply To Stage I. The Contracting Authority Specified In Detail In The Documentation The Scope Of Planned Works Within Stage I. The Bill Of Quantities Contains A Scope Adapted Only To Stage I.
