Tenders Are Invited For Continuation Of The Construction Of The Warehouse Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In The Town Of Bożków.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Continuation Of Construction Works Necessary To Complete The Investment And Commissioned To Use The Warehouse Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In The Town Of Bożków. The Order Includes The Performance Of: • Making A Fire Road At Fire -Fighting Tanks Made Of Concrete Cobblestones 8 Cm Thick • Putting (Assembly) Of The Warehouse (Hall Elements Are Located On The Construction Site) • Filling The Fire Tanks In Accordance With The Requirements Indicated In The Dock. Design • Obtaining An Use Permit. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities Remaining To Be Carried Out, Which Constitute An Attachment To Swz. Note: Design Documentation Contains Elements That Have Already Been Made. 2. The Contracting Authority Adopted A Flat -Rate Remuneration In The Tender Procedure As A Form Of Remuneration. It Is Believed That The Contractor Has Thoroughly Read The Detailed Description Of The Works That Should Be Carried Out And How To Perform Them. 3. The Contractors Liability For Warranty And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Will End After A Minimum Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. In The Event That The Installed Materials And/Or Devices Require Cyclical Warranty Inspections, The Contractor Will Perform Them Free Of Charge As Part Of The Guarantee Granted. The Warranty Also Includes Free Replacement With The Assembly Of Consumables. Note The Warranty Only Covers The Scope Of The Order. The Previous Contractor Granted To The Scope Of The Warranty. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Current Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions Of Connections, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents, Studies And Etc. That Are Necessary To Meet The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Costs Of Obtaining Them. 5. The Contractor Should Take On The Basis Of The Valuation On His Own So That The Scope Of Work Contained In The Valuation - Ensures The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In Swz And The Attachments Referred To In Point 6.6. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Design Documentation - Annex 1 To Swz. File Containing Compressed Documents In Zip Format. File Name Annex No. 1 - Opz ; 2) The Bill Of Quantities Remaining To Be Performed Note: The Design Documentation Also Includes A Scope Already Made Not Covered By This Proceeding. The Scope For Execution Was Indicated In The Pre -City Of Works.
