1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Playground In Paleśnica, Located On Journal Of Laws 115/2, 115/3, 101/2, 137/5 In Paleśnica. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned: • Preparatory And Demolition Works; • Foundations; • Surfaces And Edges; • Delivery And Assembly Of Devices; The Task Is Co -Financed From The Funds Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship As Part Of The Project Entitled Małopolska Recreation And Sports Infrastructure-Mirs 2. All Devices And Elements Of The Playground Equipment Should Be Founded And Installed In Accordance With The Standards Indicated In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. Mounted Devices And Elements Of The Playground Equipment Must Have Approvals And Safety Certificates Confirming That They Were Made Based On Applicable Standards In This Area And Have Admission To Use In Contact With Children. The Installation Of Devices Can Be Carried Out By People Or Companies Trained For This Purpose By Toy Manufacturers And Based On Assembly Instructions, Recommendations, Instructions And Under The Supervision Of The Supplier And The Institution Of Technical Supervision. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Opz Constituting Annex 9, Bill Of Quantities, Project Documentation, Certificate Of Lack Of Objection, Technical Specification Constituting Annexes 5, 6, 7, 8 To Swz. The Quote Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Above Documents. The Number Of Works Constituting An Attachment To Swz Are An Auxiliary Nature.
