1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task Covering The Reconstruction Of The Existing Administrative And Warehouse Building With Adapting Its Functions To The Current Needs Of The Employer. The Scope Includes Construction, Installation, Finishing, Fire -Fighting Works As Well As The Supply Of Technical Equipment And Assembly Of Devices, In Accordance With Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works And Applicable Law. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Guarantee For Works Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty For Disadvantages Of Works For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period. 5. The Employer Informs That They May Appear In Swz Together With The Attachments Of The Indications Of Customary Names, Trademarks, Producers Names, Photos In The Described Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Used In Swz Together With Attachments Of Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Should Be Treated As Examples - The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Products (Materials, Equipment) Equivalent. A Product Is Considered An Equivalent Product That Will Have The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As A Specific Product Indicated In Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of The Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than The Order Described In The Subject Of The Order, It Cannot In Any Way Reduce The Standard And Cannot Change The Rules And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Swz, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality, Usability Described Or Resulting From Swz. The Contractor Who Accepts Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Set Out In Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Description / List Of The Balance Subject Offered With The Offer, In Which For Each Solution He Will Determine The Features Allowing For Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Note: Failure To Submit Such A Description/ List Will Be Tantamount To Adopting Solutions Indicated In Swz And Attachments To Swz.6.
