Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation And Issue Of Hot Meals For Students In A Room Prepared By The Contractor (Canteen) - Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 500 Meters From Primary School No. 5 Saint. John Paul Ii In Namysłów. The Contractors Duties Include Providing A Room (Canteen), In Which Meals Will Be Prepared And Issued For Students, With Appropriate Equipment, Enabling The Implementation Of The Order, Maintained In Due Purity - In Accordance With The Principles Of Health And Safety, Equipped With Tables And Chairs For Meals, Vessels, Cutlery; 2), A Warm Meal Is Understood By A One -Course Dinner, Which Should Include Due To The Developmental Needs Of Children: One Time One Time One Time One Time One Once A Week. It Is Mandatory To Fish In Various Forms, Portions Of Fried Meat Twice A Week, E.G. Chicken, Pork Chop, Ground, Etc., On Other Days, Vegetarian Dishes (E.G. Soup, Pancakes, Dumplings) And Stewed Meat; The Meal Should Be Varied With Various Additions - Potatoes, Rice, Porridge, Noodles, Pasta; The Meal Should Be Varied With A Lot Of Raw Vegetables Or Fruits. 3) Meals Should Be: Diverse, Unique - Within 2 Weeks, Prepared So That The Caloric And Nutritional Value Meet The Requirements For Children And Adolescents, Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art For Collective Nutrition, Made Of Fresh Foodstuff Validity; 4) The Estimated Estimated Number Of Meals Issued A Day Is 80 Pcs. During The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Order, The Estimated Number Of Meals Issued Is 5,680 Items. The Number Of Meals Will Change During The School Year - According To The Number Charged In Accordance With The Applicable Procedure. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request That The Meals Be Prepared In Justified Cases In Gluten -Free Form Or In Accordance With Dietary Recommendations; 7) The Order Will Be Carried Out For 5 Days A Week (From Monday To Friday, Except For This Period Of Public Holidays And Additional Holidays Established By The School Director - In Accordance With The Attached Schedule No. 3 To Swz). The Meal Should Be Prepared At 11.30 And Issued Until 12.00; 8) The Contractor Will Provide The Employer On The First Day Of The Week The Menu For The Whole Week; 9) The Settlement For Prepared And Issued Meals Will Be Made On The Basis Of A Vat (Account) Invoice Paid By The Contracting Authority Up To 7 Days After Its Delivery. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice (Bill) Will Be A Card Of Meals Issued To Students (Annex 4 To Swz). Inflows Of Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order, Which Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order.
