The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cinema System Devices For The Task Entitled Purchase Of A Cinema Screen With Supplementary Equipment To The Seat Of The Local Activity Center In Kluczbork. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Adapted To The Dimensions, Conditions And Equipment Of The Cinema Hall Of The Ordering Party With The Following Parameters: - Number Of Places In The Audience: 181 In 15 Rows - From 10 To 14 Places In The Row - Screen Width: 9M - Screen Height: 5M - Screen Type: Matte Screen White (Gain 1.0), You Should Take Into Account Additional Losses In The Case Of A 4K Project Dci- Projection Distance: 24M3. All Costs Of Delivering The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority Will Be Borne Only By The Contractor. Along With The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Required To Provide The Original Instructions In Polish, With The Instructions In Polish To Be A Shortened Manual When Full Instruction In English Is Delivered At The Same Time. 7. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Meets Specific Parameters And Functional And Technical Requirements, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer For Each Device, Catalog Cards, Folders, User Manuals, Technical Descriptions Or Other Manufacturers Documents Specifying The Detailed Technical Parameters Of Devices Included In The Subject Of The Contract, Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Basic Parameters And Functional And Technical Requirements Described By The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Contract Must Come From The Authorized Manufacturers Distribution Channel And Be Factory -New, Produced Not Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Signing The Contract, Technically Efficient, Secure, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Fit For Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. 9. In Case Of Doubt, E.G. As To The Origin Of The Equipment, The Employer May Request From The Contractor To Present A Certificate/Certificate On The Authorization Of The Manufacturer Or A Representative Of The Manufacturer. 10.
