Office Should Be Brand New And Free From Defects. 2. The Entire Order Should Be Delivered To The Address Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Public Nursery In Stara Błotnica, Old Błotnica 1.26-806 Old Błotnica. 3. Furniture And Didactic Equipment Must Be Adapted To Children Up To 3.4 Years Old. On The Day Of Delivery Of The Furniture, The Contractor Will Submit Them And Set To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 5. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party In Writing By Electronic Means Of The Date And Expected Delivery Time Before Delivery. 6. Warranty Period For The Entire Order Min. 24 Months. 7. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Products With Similar Technical And Functional Parameters That Meet The Requirements Of The Employer. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Compliance Certificates For The Items Indicated In Annex 6 To The Swzachace Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Set Out In Annex 6 To Swz.
