For Many Times In The Swz Or In Attachments To Swz, The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Which Means That The Contracting Authority May Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract In Enough It Is Understandable And It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. All Above The Indications Were Cited To Specify The Parameters And Technical, Functional, Functional And Qualitative Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract.
