The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Performance And Delivery Of Promotional Materials For The Needs Of The Science And Service Office Of The Opole University. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz.2. Promotional Materials Must Meet The Requirements Contained In Annex 1A To Swz.3. As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Must Calculate The Costs Of Performance, Packaging And Delivery And Bringing The Subject Of The Contracting Authority To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party 4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Have A Security Certificate In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect - According To Promotional Materials For Which The Provisions Of Such A Certificate Require. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract To Be Delivered By The Contractor Should Be Submitted To The Room Appointed By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Limit Specified In Point 4 Swz6. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Employer At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Full Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz And Attachments And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Contractor Grants The Employer Twelve For The Provided Promotional Materials [12] Months Of Warranty. 9. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is: Fourteen [14] Business Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Contractor Electronically Acceptance By The Contracting Authority Of Promotional Materials (Project). 10. The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Point 9 Is The Maximum Date For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, But Not Less Than Five [5] Business Days From The Date Of The Contract. Chapter I Point 19.2.2. Swz Is Used.
