Construction Works Within The Culvert Together With Access From Km 3+713.65 To Km 3+744.35- Preparatory Works- Demolition Works- Excavations And Embankments- Foundation Of The Concrete Structure- Load-Bearing Structure- Plaster Equipment- Strengthening Of The Slopes And Bottom Of The Drainage Bodies- The Drainage Ditch- Access To The Culvert- Road Surface- Descents From The Bituminous Mix- The Side Of The Aggregate- Brd4.1 Devices. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Offer Cost Estimates, Performance Of Works, Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Attachment To This Swz.4.2. When Performing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Only Products Approved In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) And The Act On Construction Products (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Other Provisions, If They Apply. 4.3.
