1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A Renovation In The Building Of The Wola District Office As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Headquarters Of The District Office At Al. Solidarity 90 - Adaptation Of Doors And Door Openings To The Requirements Of Architectural Availability In The Building Of The Wola District Office, In Particular: A) Removal Of Door Wings, B) Removal Of Frames, C) Widening The Door Openings, D) Blinding Door Openings, E) Delivery And Assembly Of New Frames, F Door, A New Marking Of The Rooms, H) Floor Covering, I) Walls Repair And Painting. Budowlanych, B) The Bill Of Quantities, Used For Information/Auxiliary Purposes, C) Floors Of The Floor. 2.2. Solidarity 90, Consisting Of 5 Floors. Communication Service Is Provided By Al. Solidarności And Ul. Iron. The Entrances To The Building Are Located From Al. Solidarity And From Ul. Żelazna. The Scope Of Planned Works Covers Only The Inner Part Of The Building. The Architectural Form Of The Building Will Not Change. The Building Surroundings (External Area) Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Study. 4) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Object. The Organization Of Works Must Take Into Account The Specifics Of The Object, The Resulting Restrictions And May Not Interfere With The Work Of The Facility. 5) The Contracting Authority In This Proceeding Applies A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Requires That Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Contract And Performing Activities Regarding General Construction Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship, In Accordance With The Act Of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Detailed Requirements For The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Entitlement Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Controlling This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.6) Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Divided The Contract Related To Construction Works At The Headquarters Of The Wola District Office, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. This Procedure Applies To One Of The Abovementioned Parts Of The Order. 7) In Accordance With The Content Of § 3 Para. 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Policy For His Business On The Sum Of Insurance Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 8) The Contracting Authority Informs That He Intends To Allocate To Finance The Granted Order Pln 1,614,975.90 Pln 9) Warranty.
