The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Gym In The Branch Of Primary School No. 258 Gen. Jakub Jasiński At Ul. Namysłowska 1 In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Preparation Of Project Documentation, Including: 1. Developing An Inventory Of A Building Part Of The Building Covering The Gym Along With Adjacent Cloakrooms; 2. Development Of Project Documentation For The Entire Construction Intention; Development Of Project Documentation In The Form Of Drawings, Descriptions And Other Documents, Enabling Unambiguous Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Construction Works; 3. Development Of The Bill Of Quantities; 4. Execution Of Investor Cost Estimates With The Basis For The Valuation And Price -Forming Components; 5. Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 6. Preparation Of Relevant Formal And Legal Documents And Obtaining On Their Basis, Appropriate Permits Based On Applicable Regulations. Compliance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Prepared Documentation, Including: 1. General Construction Works In The Gym, Including The Construction Of A Sports Floor From The Floor Covering; 2. General Construction Works In The Magazine3. General Construction Works In The Trainers Locker Room4. Implementation Of As -Built Documentation, Including The Development Of Instructions For The Use Of The Facility In The Scope Covered By The Renovation; Performing Authors Supervision Referred To In § 1 Para. 3 Point 10 And § 5 Para. 5 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 6 To Swz). Note On The Implementation Of The Works: The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Fact By Preparing The Work Schedule That In The Period From 01/09/2025. Loud And Burdensome Work Will Be Carried Out After The Completion Of Class, I.E. After 15:00 And Not Later Than Until 22: 00.
