1. The Subject Of The Construction Intention Is The Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of The Use Of Part Of The Service Building To The Nursery Together With The Technical Infrastructure, Included In The 9Th Category Of Buildings. As Part Of The Designed Investment, A Roof Truss And A Replacement Of Roofing, As Well As Equipment For Equipment (Furniture And Playground Elements) Are Also Planned. 2. It Is Expected To Be Completed, Expanding And Changing The Use Of A Part Of The Public Services Building For The Nursery Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure In The Form Of Internal Installations And The Installation Of Rainwater Sewage System With A Tight Reservoir, Hardening Of The Area In The Form Of Travel, Arrives, Parking Spaces And The Place Of Collecting Solid Waste. The Project Also Assumes The Demolition Of The Existing Basement, The Construction Of A New One And The Expansion Of Part Of The Ground Floor In The Form Of A Glass Vestibule From The North Of The Building. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Also Planned To Replace The Roofing Of The Building, Replace Some Of The Wooden Roof Structures And Impregnation Of Wooden Truss And Roof Structure. The Existing Building Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation And A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Of The Playground And The Nursery, Constituting Annex 12 To Swz.
