The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 420412 Vaczingiec-Szumin From The Intersection With Municipal Road No. 420410W To The Town Of Szumin With A Length Of 842,23Mb.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory And Earthworks, 2) Foundations, 3) Surface, 4) Finishing Works, 5) Labeling And Movement Safety Devices, 6) Street Elements, 7) Construction Of A Technological Channel, 8) Execution Of As -Built Inventory. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, The Naktór Consists Of: Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 4. Attached To Swz By The Ordering Party, The Bill Of Quantities Is Informative, Auxiliary And Not Provided To Establish The Amount Of Remuneration In The Association Of A Flat -Rate Remuneration. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Required To Perform Work Not Included In The Work Of Works, Which Could Be Foreseen On The Basis Of The Attached Technical Documentation. 5. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Non -Correlation Offered Meets The Requirements Set By The Employer In Chapter Iii Para. 9 Swz. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions With Its Description Or Standards. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Which Is Functionally Suited To The Approved Use. All Material, Devices And Equivalent Solutions Must Be In Particular: The Same Strength Of Durability, With The Same Level Of Aesthetics, With Technical Parameters Of Devices, If Specified In The Technical Documentation, They Must Be Compatible With The Existing And Designed Infrastructure, Fulfill The Same Functions, Meet The Safety Requirements Of The Structure, Ohs Ip.
