A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Part Iii Of This Swz.3. In The Event That The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of This Order Indicated The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Norms, Approvals, Specifications And Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Work In Accordance With The Documentation That Make Up The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Ensure Obtaining Technical Parameters Not Worse, From Founded In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
