Tenders Are Invited For Performing Transport Services To Schools In The Wydłowice Commune On Regular Lines Created By The Contractor With Priority Of Students With A Monthly Ticket In The 2025/2026 School Year
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Transport Services To Schools In The Wydłowice Commune Along With Taking Care Of Children, On Regular Lines Created By The Contractor, With Priority Of The Passage Of Children And Schoolchildren With A Monthly Ticket, In The 2025/2026 School Year, To Kindergartens And Schools Listed Below: 1/ Educational Institutions In Głowice (Primary School, Local Kindergarten) 2/ Teams) Educational Institutions In The First Vegetable (Primary School, Local Government Kindergarten), The Contracting Authority Will Buy Monthly Tickets For Children And Students Of The Above -Mentioned Kindergartens And Schools. About 289 Children And Students Will Be Transported Daily, Including About 58 Children Under 6 Years Of Age. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Children And Students And Towns From Which Students Will Be Taken May Change, Which May Extend Or Shorten The Kilometer Of The Route, But Not More Than 20% Compared To The Total Number Of Kilometers And Students On All Routes. Such A Change Will Not Change The Contract And A Change In The Price Of A Monthly Ticket. Wyrozy As Part Of The Regular Lines Will Be Performed On School Days In The 2025/2026 School Year, A Rolling Stock At The Contractors Disposal, In The Form Of Regular Passenger Transport. The Contractor Charges All Costs Related To The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Required From The Carrier Arising From The Abovementioned Acts And Other Special Provisions Necessary For The Correct And Consistent With The Law Providing Transport Services. In Order To Open Regular Lines, The Contractor Will Also Make All Necessary Formalities Required By Law, In Particular The Relevant Documents Of The Competent Authority To Perform Regular Transport In The Commune Of The Headbird.
