Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Production And Delivery Of All -Day Food For The Pupils Of The Boarding School Of The School Complex Of The Agricultural Training Center In Radom In The Period 01/09/2025 - 26/06/2026. 2. Place Of Service For The Service: Internat Zsckr, Ul. Wośnicka 125D, 26-612 Radom. 3. Total Number Of Students: Up To 70 People A Day, Currently - 60 Per Day. In Total In A Year In The Number 14,000.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes Nutrition Of Young People On The Basis Of A Catering Service Which Includes: Preparation Of Meals, Delivery Of Meals To The Facility Indicated In Para. 2 And Lodging In Place Indicated By The Employers Employee And The Reception Of Containers Seven Days A Week. 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Correct The Amount Of Meals Indicated In Point 3, Depending On The Current Needs, Changes In The Number Of Pupils And The Number Of Meals Delivered In Accordance With The Actual Need. Financial Settlements Of The Service Contractors With The Ordering Party Will Be Based On Actually Delivered Meals And The Gross Price Of A One -Day Meal For One Child. For The Use Of Fewer Meals, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. 6. Prices Offered By The Contractor Will Not Be Increased Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor As A Plant Operating In The Field Of Meal Production Must Have A Decision Issued By The Competent State State Sanitary Inspector On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2021) Attention! The Decision Should Be Issued For Food Production And Food Distribution As Part Of Catering (Including Due To The Need To Take Into Account The Provisions On The Conditions Of Food Transport, Disinfection Of Containers For Transporting Food). 8. The Contractor Takes Over Full Responsibility, Including Financial For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract And All Irregularities In This Respect And Any Costs Related To The Effects Of These Irregularities. 9. The Contractor Bears The Costs Of Purchasing Products, Loading, Transport And Unloading Of All Supplied Meals, As Well As Reception And Utilization Of Residue After Meals. 10. Requirements For The Implementation Of The Nutrition Service - Subject Of The Order:  Breakfast - Every Day: 3 Types Of Bread (Whole Grain, Rye, Wheat), Drinks To Choose From: Tea With Sugar, Cocoa, Cereal Coffee With Milk, Extra -Type Butter With A Fat Content Of 82%, Fruit Jam; In Addition, Breakfast Should Include: Milk Meal, E.G. Milk Soup, Breakfast Flakes, Sweet Roll, Good Quality Sausage, Cheese, White Vegetable, Fruit;  Lunch - And Dish (Soup With The Addition Of Pasta, Rice Or Groats), Ii Dish (Meat, Fish, Croquettes, Dumplings) + Additions (Potatoes, Cereal, Rice, Pasta, Salads, Cooked, Vegetables) + Compote Or Juice + Dessert (Own Baking Cake, Fruit, Jelly, Natural Yogurt);  Dinner - Good Quality Sausage, Yellow Cheese, Other Cooked Dishes, Ca
