Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Cologne For Children From The Care And Educational Institution As Part Of The Project Entitled Services Supporting Foster Care

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization Of A Colony For Children From A Care And Educational Institution As Part Of The Project Entitled Services Supporting Foster Care Under The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. A) Each Person/Person Appointed To Provide Services Must/Must Meet The Following Requirements: • It Was Not Convicted By A Final Judgment For An Intentional Crime Or Intentional Tax Offense, The Contracting Authority Requires That After Signing The Contract For The Contract, Each Of The Persons Appointed To Conduct Classes Under The Order (At The Latest Before The Start Of The First Class) She Submitted A Certificate Of The Order Criminal. Failure To Meet The Above Will Result In The Inability To Conduct Classes By That Person/ These People And May Cause The Need To Terminate The Contract; • It Is Not In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses. 21 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1606) Will Verify Whether The Person Appointed To Conduct Classes Is Not In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses. In Order For This Verification To Be Verified, Each Person Appointed To Conduct Classes Is Obliged To Provide/Provide Personal Data For This Verification (E.G. Pesel Number) By Completing The Relevant Statement Indicated In Annex 7 To Swz. Failure To Comply With The Above Will Result In The Inability To Conduct Classes By That Person/ These People And May Cause The Need To Terminate The Contract. In The Event Of Inability To Make The Above Verification By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Acting In Accordance With Art. 21 Of The Aforementioned Act Is Obliged - In The Case Of Employing Persons To Carry Out The Task As Part Of The Contract - Check That The Employed Person Is Not In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses, Providing The Contracting Authority With Relevant Documents Clearly Indicating This Verification (At The Latest By Starting The Service By The Person Appointed To This); B) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Participation Of The Service Coordinator (Manager Cologne) Indicated By The Contractor In Annex 9 To Swz.C) Service Coordinator (Cologne Manager) Is Obliged To Ensure The Correct Coordination And Organizational Service Of The Contract And Ongoing Cooperation With The Employer, Including:- Immediately Informing The Contracting Authority About All Difficulties Appearing In The Course Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Threatening Its Correct Or Timely Performance And Providing Full Information And Providing Full Information On The State Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Progress And Scope Of Performance Of Tasks,- Ensuring Timely Flow Of Documentation To The Employer,- Providing The Contracting Authority With Full Information On The Status Of The Subject Of The Cont
