The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Involving The Delivery Of Children And Students To/From Schools And Educational Institutions In The 2025/2026 School Year. Part 1 (Task No. 1): The Delivery Of Students To Schools And Assurances Must Be At School At The Latest At 7.55. The Doctors Will Be Implemented In The 2025/2026 School Year, From September 2, 2025 To June 25, 2026 On School Days. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Organization Of Delivery In A Free Period From Didactic Classes In Schools. The Order Of The Contract Includes Transport: Part 1 (Task No. 1) - 12 Students (Approximate Number Of Students Expected By The Contracting Authority) From September 2, 2025 To June 25, 2026 For 186 Days (Founded By The Ordering Party Average Of The Number Of Days) In The School Year 2025/2026 The Routes And The Number Of Students Commuting On Individual Routes, But It Is A Forecast Number. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) Using Their Own Means Of Transport Corresponding To The Requirements Specified In The Act Of 6 September 2001 On Road Transport (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1539, As Amended). Safety And Road Code, By Persons Who Have Adequate Rights To Provide These Services. The Contractor Will Provide A Means Of Transport, Which Must Meet The Appropriate Transport Standard, Full Technical Efficiency, The Number Of People Transported In Accordance With Specific Technical Standards For A Given Type Of Vehicle.
