The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Of Life In Accordance With The Recommendations Regarding Nutrients And Food Products Assigned To Healthcare Facilities, Taking Into Account The Diets Used, Meal Preparation Technology, Issued By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw, Especially In The Field Of Nutritional Values, Variety, Volume And Weight Of Dishes. Production And Distribution Of Meals Should Guarantee Sanitary Safety And Epidemiological. It Should Take Place From Fresh Raw Materials, The Highest Quality, Having Documents Allowing Consumption, While Maintaining Dietary And Sanitary Regimes In Force In Hospitals - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Supplying Ready Meals To The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Cutlery And Vessels (Disposable) Of The Contractor; Providing Containers With Meals To The Ward Cooks Should Be Done In A Way That Guarantees The Right Temperature, Cleanliness And Quality Of Meals, I.E.
