Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Delivery Of Meals - Round The Clock - For Patients Spzoz Międzychód

The Subject Of The Contract Is: Preparation And Delivery Of Meals - 24 -Hour - For Patients Of Spzoz Międzychód  The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Collective Nutrition Services In Health Care While Maintaining The Principles Of Good Hygiene Practice And The Principles Of Good Production Practice And Observe The Principle Of The Haccp System. The Services Will Be Provided For All Days Of The Week, Taking Into Account All Possible Days Off And Holidays. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Of Life In Accordance With The Recommendations Regarding Nutrients And Food Products Assigned To Healthcare Facilities, Taking Into Account The Diets Used, Meal Preparation Technology, Issued By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw, Especially In The Field Of Nutritional Values, Variety, Volume And Weight Of Dishes. Production And Distribution Of Meals Should Guarantee Sanitary Safety And Epidemiological. It Should Take Place From Fresh Raw Materials, The Highest Quality, Having Documents Allowing Consumption, While Maintaining Dietary And Sanitary Regimes In Force In Hospitals - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Supplying Ready Meals To The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Cutlery And Vessels (Disposable) Of The Contractor;  Providing Containers With Meals To The Ward Cooks Should Be Done In A Way That Guarantees The Right Temperature, Cleanliness And Quality Of Meals, I.E. Using Transport Trolleys, Containers;  Delivery Of Dinners - Second Dish In Containers - One -Use Tacks For Gumming Machines, Hammering Machines Vacuum Without The Possibility Of Opening By Third Parties, Allowed To Contact Food;  Supply Of Soup (Breakfast, Dinner), Coffee In Collective Containers;  Supply Of Extras For Breakfast And Dinner Portioned On A Plate Or In A Container;  Delivery Of Cold Salads Served In Single Containers For Each Patient; Containers);  Receipt, Export And Utilization Of Waste - In Accordance With Applicable Law.
