Part No. 1, Mon.: Successful Purchase Of Building Materials For Csiwt Task Teams For The Current Maintenance Of Uo1 Facilities. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz.2. The Amount Of Assortment (Subject Of The Contract) Indicated In Annex 1A To Swz - According To The Part (In The Planned Number) Are Indicative Quantities Determined On The Basis Of Current Consumption For The Last Twelve [12] Months And The Expected Demand Of The Contracting Authority. To Swz, While Maintaining The Overall Value Of The Future Contract, Subject To Point 3.3.10 Swz.3. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Consists In The Successive Supply Of The Assortment By The Contractor Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Employer In The Swz In Question, In Response To The Individual, Current, Successive Orders Of The Ordering Party, Submitted In The Period Referred To In Point 6.4. The Contractor Grants Twelve [12] Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Point 4 Is A Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But Not Longer Than Twenty -Four [24] Months; Chapter I Point 19.2.3. Swz Is Used. 6. The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract - Successively For Twelve [12] Months From The Date Of The Contract, Subject To Point 7.7. The Implementation Of Successive Orders Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of Fourteen [14] Business Days, From The Contractors Notification By The Ordering Party In The Period Referred To In Point 6. The Contractors Order Will Be Transferred Via E-Mail, By Phone Or In Person At The Contractors Headquarters. 8. The Deadline For Completing Successive Orders Specified In Point 7 Is The Maximum Date To Provide Successive Orders. The Contractor In The Offer Form May Take Into Account The Shorter Period Of Supply Of Orders, But Not Less Than Two [2] Business Days.
