The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading In The Field Of Acceptance, Movement, Delivery Of Postal Parcels And Their Possible Returns, As Well As The Provision Of Shipping Service From The Ordering Party. 3.2. Services Being The Subject Of The Contract The Contractor Undertakes To Provide In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366) And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With A List Of Estimated Quantities And The Type Of Shipment Includes Annex 1 To Swz. Other Rules And Terms Of The Contract Were Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 3.4. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Shipments Divided Into Their Types, Which Will Be Broadcast Within 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract Or Until The Contractual Amount Is Exhausted, And Therefore The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer.
