The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading In The Field Of Acceptance, Movement, Delivery Of Postal Parcels And Their Possible Returns, As Well As The Provision Of Shipping Service From The Ordering Party. 3.2. Services Being The Subject Of The Contract The Contractor Undertakes To Provide In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366) And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With A List Of Estimated Quantities And The Type Of Shipment Includes Annex 1 To Swz.
