Tenders Are Invited For Services Of Disabled Students To Schools In The 2025/2026 School Year.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Procedure: Service Of Disabled Students To Schools In The 2025/2026 School Year, Are Delivery And Care During The Delivery Of Students And Disabled Children, Hereinafter Referred To As Students From The Lubin Commune To Schools, Kindergartens Or Revalidation And Educational Centers, Hereinafter Referred To As Schools Along With The Return To The Place Of Residence, In The School Year 2025/2026. The Planned Total Maximum Number Of Kilometers Traveled During The Order Is 35,340 Km. The Planned Maximum Number Of Kilometers Traveled May Be Reduced, Depending On The Actual Needs. The Contracting Authority Guarantees 30% The Number Of Kilometers Traveled. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims If The Total Maximum Number Of Kilometers Traveled During The Contract Is Not Realized. 1) The Contractor Must Provide Them With Care During The Transport Of Students. Care Should Be Exercised During Transport, Boarding And Getting Out Of The Vehicle. The Guardian Should Lead The Student To School - In The Morning By Passing It On To The Teacher Or A Person Authorized And Pick Up The Student From School After Class. It Is Not Allowed That The Driver Of The Vehicle Transporting Students Is At The Same Time A Guardian. After Transporting To The Place Of Residence, They Will Be Transferred To The Care Of Parents/Legal Guardians Or Persons Indicated By Parents/Legal Guardians. It Is Not Allowed To Transfer Students To Unauthorized Persons. 2) The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Delivering Students From All Towns Located In The Lubin Commune, In Accordance With Current Needs. A Personal List Of Students Transported Together With The Addresses Of Residence And Telephone Number, A List Of Schools To Which Delivery Will Be Organized, The Starting Hours Of School Education And The End Of School Education, The Contractor Will Be Transferred After Signing The Contract. 3) The Contractor, Based On The Data Described In Item 2) Will Submit To The Contracting Authority, Before Transporting, The Detailed Timetable Is Subject To Acceptance By The Ordering Part Students To The Place Of Residence And The Number Of Kilometers), With The Proviso That The Arrival Of Students To Schools May Take Place Not Earlier Than Half An Hour And No Later Than 10 Minutes Before The Start Of Classes, The Timetable Will Be Agreed In Writing By Both Parties, Before The Start Of Transport Without The Need To Prepare An Annex To The Contract. 4) Timetable And Daily Number Of Kilometers May Change During The Performance Of The Contract In Connection With The Change In The Number Of Students Transported On The Routes, A Change Of Routes, Places, Schools And Starting Hours In Schools Covered By This Order, Which The Contracting Authority Could Not Predict At The Time Of Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Rate For 1 Km Of Transport Resulting From The Offer Presented By The Contractor May Not Change.
