1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Activities Related To The Preparation Of A Draft Resolution On The General Plan Of The City Of Zakopane (Hereinafter Referred To As The General Plan). The Area Covered By The General Plan Has An Area Of ​​About 8,400 Ha.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Principles, In The Scope And Within The Limits Specified By Resolution No. Iv/28/2024 Of The Zakopane City Council Of 27 June 2024 Regarding The Commencing Of The General Plan Of The City Of Zakopane, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Contracting Authority. 3. The Draft Resolution On The General Plan Should Be Executed In Accordance With The Provisions Of: 1) Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), 2) Of The Act Of 7 July 2023 On The Amendment To The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1688), 3) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology With On December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan, And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 4) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Area Of ​​Supplementing The Building In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729), 5) The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112) And Other Laws Regulating The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Development. 4. Preparing A General Plan, Including In Particular: A) Preparing Projects Of All Letters And Documents Necessary To Conduct The Procedure For Developing A General Plan, Switchgear To The Abovementioned Letters And Documents, Attachments To The Abovementioned Letters And Documents, Analyzes, Concepts And Working Drawings Of The General Plan, Preparation Of Materials For The Presentation Of The General Plan Of The General Plan During Consultation, Including Social Consultations And Environmental Impact Forecasts - In The Amount Resulting From The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, B) Introducing Corrections To The Draft General Plan Together With The Environmental Impact Forecast, Resulting From The Statutory Procedure Of The General Plan, As Well As Those Resulting From The Guidelines, Comments And Applications Of The Contracting Authority, C) Participation In (Maximum Three Of Each Type):  Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission In Zakopane,  Public Discussions At The Stage Of Public Consultations Of The Project Of The General Plan,  Meetings Of The Urban And Development Of The Zakopane City Council,  Sessions Of The Zakopane City Council, Whose General Plan Of The City Of Zakopane Will Be Adopted, D) Participa
