    Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services- Itäkeskus Swimming Pool, Renovation, Building Physics And Structural Planning. The Acquisition Is Subject To Expert Tasks In The Construction Physics And Structural Design Of The City Of Helsinkis Itäkeskus Swimming Pool. The Content And Scope Of The Planning Tasks To Be Acquired Are Described In The Commercial And Technical Documents Attached To This Invitation To Tender. The Design Service Is Purchased As An Undivided Entity, Which Includes: - The Tasks Of The Need And Project Planning Phase, - Options As A General And Implementation Design Phase, And - As An Option During Construction And Warranty Periods. The Tenderer Must Offer All Project Steps. The Itäkeskus Swimming Pool In The Vartiokylä District Of Helsinki Is Approximately 10,900 Brm2 And 60,900 Brm3. The Indoor Swimming Pool In The Rock Cave Also Serves As A Crisis Shelter. The Renovation Project Of The Itäkeskus Swimming Pool Is In The Needs Planning Phase. The Indoor Swimming Pool Is Used By The Culture And Leisure Industry. The City Of Helsinki Owns The Property And The Site At Olavinlinnantie 6, 00900 Helsinki. Itäkeskus Indoor Swimming Pool Was Introduced In 1993. The Indoor Swimming Pool About 32 Years Old Is In Need Of A Comprehensive Technical Renovation. Functional Improvements And Changes Are Also Intended To Improve The Use Of The Premises And To Improve Indoor Climate Conditions. The Design Service Provider Will Be Selected In August 2025. Project Planning Will Be Launched In August-September 2025. Any Options Will Be Ordered About 1 Month Before The Next Project Phase. Construction Will Start According To A Preliminary Project Schedule In February 2028 And Will End In April 2030, Leaving The User About Two Months To Start Operations. The Indoor Swimming Pool Will Be Opened On The Basis Of Preliminary Information In Early 2030. Tenderers Are Asked To Note That The Supply Of Tenders Is Limited.
