Teese Botnia Oy Ab Is Preparing A Tendering For Legal Expert Services For The Needs Of Tea Botnia Oy And Its Ownership Communities. The Aim Is To Form A Different Framework Arrangement Of Various Legal Services In The Field Of Law With Several Service Providers For The Contract Period, Which Begins In November 2025 (Estimated). The Framework Arrangement And The Agreement Are Planned To Apply To Expert Services In Different Areas Of Law. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Procurement Would Be At Least Subject To Company Law Legal Services, Including, For Example, A Company For The Companys Valuation, Dd = Due Diligence, Acquisitions And Corporate Reorganization. Other Possible Areas Of The Acquisition Include, For Example, Public Procurement And Contracts, Data Protection Issues And Real Estate Law Expert Services. The Tees Ownership Entities, Which Are Committed To The Tendering In Advance And Later During The Contract Period, Provide Expert Services In Accordance With Their Needs In Accordance With The Operating Model In The Invitation To Tender. This Notification Is Not A Contract Notice Or A Invitation To Tender, But Is A Planning Notice. This Planning Announcement Aims To Communicate The Market About Future Tendering, Chart The Industry And Potential Tenderers Interested In Procurement, And To Look At The Appropriate Method Of Tendering For The Acquisition.
