The Project Also Requires The Re-Roofing Of A Small Flat Roof That Has Reached The End Of Its Serviceable Life. In Addition, Some Minor External Reinstatement Works May Be Required As Part Of The Overall Refurbishment. Contractors Expressing Interest Should Have Demonstrable Experience In Similar Refurbishment Projects, Preferably Within Operational Healthcare Or Emergency Service Environments.
