The Electronic Media Should Only Contain The Final Project Developments, And They Must Be Completely Identical To Those Of The Paper. Note: If The Development Of Additional Parts To The Technical Project For The Qualitative Implementation Of Construction Works And/Or Coordination Of The Project And/Or Other Purposes For The Implementation Of The Project, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop The Respective Design Part. Activity 2 Construction And Installation Works With Range All Designed Activities For The Structural Restoration Of The Building, Incl. The Finishing Works Required To Restore The Compromised Sections As A Result Of Construction Works And Structural Problems. The Construction Will Be Implemented With The Approved Investment Projects Made By The Contractor Within The Framework Of Activity 1 Design. Activity 3 Copyright Under Article 162 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act). Control For The Designers Prescriptions Related To His Copyright For The Accurate Compliance With The Investment Project He Worked Out. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Lot Is Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification Annex No 1.1,1.2 And 1.3 For Each Lot, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Document.
