The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Award The Order In Full, And, If Necessary, To Make Requests To Make Requests Until The Maximum Permissible Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Performance Contract Is Signed To The Specified Estimated Value Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Declare Airline Tickets For The Entire Value Of The Contract. The Quantities And Destinations Are Forecast And In No Way Bind The Contracting Authority. The Quantity And Destinations Are Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs, With Preliminary Requests. The Funds For This Contract Are Provided By The Budget Of The Technical University - Gabrovo And Its Budget Authorization, As Well As On External Funding Projects, Under Which The Contracting Authority Is The Beneficiary Or Partner At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure Or Will Become One During The Period Of The Performance Contract.
