According To The Requirements Of The Current Environmental Legislation, The Mayor Of The Municipality Is Responsible For Preventing The Disposal Of Waste In Unauthorized Places And/Or The Creation Of Illegal Landfills. The Need For Cleaning Arises When Unauthorized Discarded Waste On Municipal Property Within The Borders And Outside The Regulation Of Settlements. The Aim Is To Eliminate And Clean New And Existing Unregulated Landfills. Due To The Specification Of The Matter, It Is Not Possible To Specify The Exact Location Of The Objects And Where New Unregulated Pollution Could Occur. Cleaning Of Unregulated Landfills In Asenovgrad, Dolni Voden Quarter And Gorni Voden Quarter And The Removal Of The Collected Material To The Depot. The Selected Contractor Should Perform The Service In Compliance With All The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria In The Field Of Environmental Protection And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulatory Documents, Regulations Of The Rzi, Riew, The Basin Directorate Eastern Belomorski, The Municipality, Fire Safety And The Protection Of The Population, Etc., In Order To Protect The Environment. Providing The Necessary Equipment, As Well As Everything Else Necessary To Carry Out The Activities, Is The Obligation Of The Selected Contractor.
