Tenders are invited for Obtaining Security and Cleaning Services Sealed bids are invited for supply of security and cleaning services to District Secretariat, Ratnapura and 18 Divisional Secretariats affiliated to it for the year 2025-2026. Relevant bids will be accepted up to 2.00 p.m. on 22.07.2025 and bids will be opened on the same day at 2.15 p.m. A refundable bid security deposit of Rs. 100,000.00 for one subject will be charged. For security services From 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2026 For cleaning services From 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2026 Application and required information can be obtained from 02.07.2025 to 21.07.2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. during Government working days on office hours visiting the Accounts Section of District Secretariat. Non refundable bid document fee is Rs. 3,000.00. Pre bid meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14.07.2025 at the Auditorium on the first floor of District Secretariat, Ratnapura.
