If The Former Storage Tank Is Not Compatible With The New System, The Offer Must Also Include A New Storage Tank With A Protective Container Installed In Place. The New Device Must Have A Chlorine Gas Output Or Other Mechanism To Ensure That The Gas Will Be Removed Along The Existing Route To The Open Air. - The Residual Liquor Is Either Stored Or Used In The Process, Not Counted Into The Drain.
