Mikkeli City Sports Services Is Requesting An Offer For Renewing A Sodium Hypochlorite Manufacturing Machine As Follows:- Technical Requirements:- Salt Chlorine-On-Site Device (Electrolyte Equipment) .- Capacity: Chlorine Return Min. 24 Kg/Day The Current Number Of Pool Water With Equalization Basins Is Approximately 800 M3 And The Chlorine Produced By The Device Must Currently Be Sufficient For Cleaning This Amount Of Water.- The Device Must Have The Ability To Increase Cells If Needed If The Number Of Pool Water Increases By About 1,500 M3. If The Former Storage Tank Is Not Compatible With The New System, The Offer Must Also Include A New Storage Tank With A Protective Container Installed In Place. The New Device Must Have A Chlorine Gas Output Or Other Mechanism To Ensure That The Gas Will Be Removed Along The Existing Route To The Open Air. - The Residual Liquor Is Either Stored Or Used In The Process, Not Counted Into The Drain. Other:- Electricity And Water Connections Are Ready And It Must Be Possible To Connect The New Machine Directly To The Existing System And Automation Technology. The Supplier Of The Device Must Ensure This Compatibility In Conjunction With The Citys Construction Engineering Body. - Service Response Time Max. Seven Days. - The Bid Also Indicate The Efficiency Of The Machine (Amount Of Salt -> Amount Of Chlorine To Be Manufactured). Including:- Installation, Start-Up, Test Operation And Use Guidance.- Warranty For Two Years (1 Time Year). Special Care Agreement:- The Offer Must Be Provided With An Indefinite Annual Maintenance Contract (1 Time/Year) After Warranty Maintenance.
