On The Basis Of Its Legal Task, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Contract Framework Contractors For The Performance Of Soil Asbestos Remediation, Including Asbestos Pulp Remediation. The Main Goal Of This European Public Tender Is To Guarantee Quality And Continuity With Regard To The Execution Of Asbestos Soil Remediation. The Sub -Agreements That Are Concluded Within The Framework Agreement Concern Research And Environmental Guidance In The Remediation Of Asbestos Contamination In The Soil. The Expected Turnover For The Entire Framework Agreement (Total Of Agreements With Eight Contractors In The First Instance) Is Approximately 6,000,000.00 For The Entire Duration Including The Option Years, Whereby The Turnover Will Be Considerably Higher In The First Years Than In The Option Years. The Aforementioned Size Is Only Intended As An Indication, The Contractor Cannot Derive Rights From This In Any Way. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat.
