The Contract Offered Includes Architectural, Engineering And Landscape Counseling (Total Counseling) Regarding The Establishment Of A Coherent Day-Care Institution Building In A Comprehensive Plan For A Total Of 12 Groups For Use By The Integrated Day Care Center (Nursery And Kindergarten) Børnshuset Bulderby. The Services Offered Include Agreement On Total Counseling From And Including Disposal Proposals Up To And Including 5-Year Inspections, Including Qualification And Further Processing Of The Prepared Ideas And Construction Program, As Well As The Supply Of Services For Use In The Municipalitys Preparation Of A New Local Plan For The Area. The Project Includes New Construction, Renovation, Renovation And Extension As Well As Outdoor Areas And Traffic Initiatives. The Project Is Divided Into 3 Main Tips With Ongoing Commissioning And Where The Day Care Center Will Be In Operation During The Execution. The Main Tabs Are Generally Dealing With The Following: • Stage 1: Demolition, New Construction To 4 Groups, Production Kitchen For The Total Institution, Redevelopment, Connection, Outdoor Areas, Traffic Initiatives • Stage 2: New Construction For 3 Groups, Connections, Stair Tower, Outdoor Areas And Traffic Initiatives • Stage 3: Renovation And Redevelopment Of Existing Buildings To A Total Of 5 Groups, Outdoor Areas And Traffic Initiatives Option (Stage 3): From Project Proposals And Subsequent Phases, Services Relating To Stage 3 Are Included As An Option That The Contracting Entity Can Utilize Until The Contract Is Also Entered Into, Cf. Since It Is A Prerequisite For The Projects Implementation That A Local Plan For The Area And Municipal Plant Supplement Is Adopted, The Agreement On Total Consulting Is Conditional On The Total Plan Basis Adopted, Cf.
