Tenders are invited for Provision of Technological Solutions for Onshore Pipeline Detection/Mapping and Remote Offshore Monitoring Scope of Work 1. Onshore pipeline Detection/Mapping BSP manages a significant number of underground pipelines, including those scheduled for decommissioning, rerouting, or replacement. Accurately locating these buried pipelines during excavation has proven difficult, resulting in inefficiencies, increased downtime, and added costs. BSP is exploring for solutions including technologies that can: 1.1 Accurately detect underground metallic and non-metallic pipelines, reducing reliance on manual methods as well as trial and error of excavation works. 1.2 Potentially map the physical location and layout of the pipelines. 1.3 Minimise excavation time, risks, and operational disruptions, particularly in brownfield environments. 1.4 Provide high accuracy and reliability in challenging terrain and existing infrastructure conditions. BSP is seeking solutions including technologies that: 2.1 Enable remote monitoring of equipment and condition as well as process parameters (e.g., vibration, pressure, temperature, corrosion) on NUIs. 2.2 Support data acquisition in low-bandwidth or no-connectivity environments; important for offshore operations. 2.3 Be scalable, cost-effective, reliable, and easy to deploy in the existing NUI infrastructure.
