As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Distinguishes The Basic Order And Optional Order. The Subject Of The Basic Contract Is The Purchase By The Ordering Party: • Services Of The Implementation And Configuration Of The Cloud Environment Of The Analytical Platform, • Implementation Of The Employers Personnel For 12 Months, • Service And Technical Support Services And Sla For Min. 25 Months • Finops Services For Min. 25 Months • Cloud Loans Enabling The Use Of The Cloud Environment Of The Analytical Platform For A Period Of Min. 25 Months In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Optional Orders Will Be: 1) Optional Order Consisting In Ordering An Additional Number Of Cloud Loans 2) Optional Order Consisting In Extending The Contract 3) Optional Order Consisting In Ordering Additional Working Hours Of Development, Technical Advice Or Support Related To The End Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Award Of Similar Orders Consisting In Purchasing Additional Services In The Form Of Service Services, Technical Support, Development Or Disclosure Of Cloud Loans For Research Projects In The Situation If The Level Of Interest In Using The Platform By The Employers Staff Exceeded The Values ​​Assumed In This Order. 1. Similar Orders May Be Awarded Within 3 Years Of Awarding The Basic Contract, The Current Service Contractor. 2. The Total Value Of The Above Orders Will Not Exceed 35% Of The Value Of The Basic (Guaranteed) Order Covered By These Proceedings. 3. The Scope Of Similar Orders May Include The Delivery Of Cloud Loans To A Value Not Exceeding 35% Of The Price Of The Basic (Guaranteed) Order Covered By This Procedure Specified In The Contractors Offer. 4. Similar Orders Will Be Awarded After Negotiations With The Contractor Performing The Basic Order, Assuming That The Negotiated Conditions Will Not Be Less Favorable To The Ordering Party Than The Terms Of The Basic Contract, Subject To Changes Related To The Specificity Of A Given Order / Solution / Functionality / Functionality, Valorisation And Resulting From Changes In The Law, Which Took Place Between The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Terms Of Contract Repetition Of Similar Services As In The Basic Order. 5.
