Tenders are invited for Improvements to Mumkandy - Akarayankulam - Vannerikulam (1 + 000-3 + 000) Bid Security: 550,000/- Non- Refundable Fee (Rs.) 13,000.00 A complete set of Procurement Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the address: Provincial Director, Road Development Department, Northern Province, No. 657/1 A, Beach Road, Jaffna from 09.00 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned below table. The method of payment will be by cash. Bids must be delivered to the address: Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Directors Office, Road Development Department, Northern Province, No. 657/1 A, Beach Road, Jaffna on or before the date mentioned in the table I & II. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend in person or vital in the address above. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security of an amount and validity date mentioned in the table below.
