Request for proposals for Obtaining Proposals for Compilation of Draft Budget for the Year 2026 Citizens of Negombo Municipality area of authority are respectfully invited to offer their development proposals to he carried out within the Municipality Limits of Negombo considered to be included in the draft budget for the year 2026 of Negombo Municipal Council. Conditions > Assets relevant to the proposal should have been situated within Negombo Municipality Limits and owned by Municipal Council > One citizen may submit one or more proposals > When submitting several proposals, a list of proposals to be carried out on priority wise should be submitted.
