Tenders are invited for Renovation of Roof Works (Right Side of Office Building) at Dutch Museum, Colombo A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may he purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chief Engineer (Western North), Department of Buildings, No. 213, Torrington Avenue, Colombo 07 from 27-06-2025 until 09-07-2025 from 9:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred (Rs,3500/-). Bids shall he delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee (Western North), Chief Engineers Office (Western North), Department of Buildings, No. 213, Torrington Avenue, Colombo 07 to reach at or before 10:00 hrs on 11-07-2025. Bids will be opened soon after closing at the same address in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend, Bids shall be valid for a period of 77 Days from the date fixed for receiving of Bids or any extended period. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall be; in the form included in the Section 09 in the Bidding document in favour of Director General of Buildings for an amount of Rs. 140,000.00 valid up to 23rc* October 2025 issued by one of the agencies indicated in the Clause 16.0 of the Schedule.
