Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Food Items for the Year 2025/2026 Value of Bid Document Fee (Rs) 10,000.00 Value of Bid Security (Rs) 1,500,000.00 A bid guarantee which is valid for 119 days from the closing day of acceptance of Bids obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the name of Deputy Director General of National Hospital of Sri Lanka at the address of National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo 10 (as per annexure 03) (should be valid from 21.07.2025 to 20.11.2025) should be submitted. Supply of Raw Food Materials to National Hospital of Sri Lanka For the Year 2025/2026 mentioning clearly at the top left corner of envelopes should be sent by registered post to be received before 10.00 a.m on 21.07.2025 by the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo 10 or deposited in the tender box kept at Chief Accountants office at the same address.. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of Bids at 10.00 a.m on 21.07.2025. Bidders or their authorized representatives may participate at tlie opening of bids.
