Purpose of the service Support the coordination of operational implementation and communication with communities of the school-based program in the state of Sucre. With the team, he guarantees that the activities are carried out in the required times and with the quality requested by the donor and the LWF. Description of the activities: MANAGEMENT Prepare schedule and lead the execution of field activities related to the School-Based Program (PBS), including formation of school meal teams, distribution plan, follow-up of take-home baskets. Supervise consulting field staff during school-based program distributions. It guarantees the necessary communication products, materials, printouts and stationery so that beneficiaries and personnel involved can carry out activities in schools and distributions Prepare schedule and lead the execution of field activities related to the School-Based Program (PBS), including team building, distribution plan, follow-up of take-home baskets. Guarantee the design and planning of training to guarantee access to information for the communities during the activities carried out in the field within the framework of the objectives of the program in Delta Amacuro. Prepare and submit state reports related to the implementation of the School-Based Program. Support the efficient and effective implementation of the project based on the objectives, results, activities and their indicators, work plan, budget and procurement plan taking into account the guidelines and guidelines of the LWF VE and the donor, in coordination with the LWF VE program base work team. Work Experience Minimum of one (1) year of experience in successful humanitarian project or program activities Experience of one (1) year of successful actions in highly complex projects is desirable. Experience with Food Security projects in NGOs and/or international organizations desirable. Experience in personnel management desirable. Desirable work experience in Sucre. Languages and office automation It is essential that you read, speak, and write in Spanish, either as a mother tongue or as a proven advanced fluency.
