This Today Makes The Swedish Armed Forces Dependent On Other Actors In Order To Meet The Requirements That Are Imposed On Diving Safety With Regard To Access To Treatment Chambers. The Armed Forces New Treatment Chamber Should Be Able To Be Used By All Branches Of Defense. These Treatment Chambers Are Of The Utmost Importance In Order To Maintain Chamber Preparedness In Diving In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Armed Forces And The Regulations In Their Diving Activities. One Is A Mobile Treatment Chamber System Mounted In Container, Intended For Transport On Country Roads, At Sea And With Air Transport. The Second Is The Same Treatment Chamber System But For Mounting In Place Eg In Building Or In Vessels. Fmv Intends To Call Off 4 Treatment Chambers In A First Stage, But The Need Is Greater Than That And When There Are Financial Funds Available, Fmv Refers To More Up To 20 (But Two Chambers For Dalo) After Deliveries Of The First Systems, Fm Wants To Carry Out An Evaluation Thereof And Have The Opportunity To Possibly Be Able To Make Simpler Design Changes. The Assignment Includes A Framework Agreement Of 7 Years. Where The Procurement And Call Of Container -Based Treatment Chamber, Treatment Chamber (Chamber Body), Accessories, Training, Easier System Adaptation And Also A Framework Agreement For Maintenance. The Armed Forces Will Be Bound By The System For A Long Time. The Treatment Chambers Are Expected To Be Used Relatively Little (Few Walking Hours/Year) And Have A Long Life Expectancy (About 30-40 Years). In Addition To The Deliveries Of Treatment Chamber, There Is A Need For A Maintenance Agreement. The Maintenance Requirement Will Largely Arise Beyond The Time For The Delivery Agreement. A Change Of Supplier Of The Maintenance Agreement After 7 Years Would Create Technical Difficulties From An Operating And Maintenance Perspective. The Main Purpose Of The Maintenance Agreement Is To Be Able To Provide Support/Help Desk (For Service Technicians) Over Time, Service On Site And Spare Parts System. The Maintenance Agreement Is Handled Via A Separate Framework Agreement Which Is Part Of The Procurement. The Framework Agreement For Maintenance Must Have An Initial Period Of 3 Years, After Which There Are Extension Options That Allow Another Period Of A Total Of 15 Years. The Project Has Enabled Denmark (Dalo) To Meet Their Need For Treatment Chambers By Allowing Them To Be Able To Call Two (2) Chambers As Well As Other Positions From The Framework Agreement.
