Dental And Subspecialty Instruments And Devices-Delivery Of Materials And Consumables For Anesthesiological Equipment For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Dental Medicine And The University Medical And Dental Center At The Medical University Prof. Paraskev Stoyanov-Varna. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Performing Periodic Supplies Of Materials And Consumables For Anesthesiological Equipment (Also Called Goods Or Products) For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Dental Medicine (Fdm) And Of The University Medical And Dental Center (Umdc) At The Medical University Of Paraskev-Varna Stoyanov Of The Healing And Diagnostic Activity In Conducting Practical Training Of Students And Doctoral Students, Postgraduate Training Of Dentists In Dental Medicine, As Well As In The Performance Of Scientific Activity In The Fdm And In The Umdc. The Quantities Listed In The Technical Specification Are Forecast For 24 Months And Will Serve To Evaluate The Tenders. The Statement Of The Type And Quantities Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Linked To The Obligation To Exhaust The Stated Maximum Permissible Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities, Including Requesting Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, Under The Conditions Described In Item 5 Of The Instructions-Optional Option. Estimated Quantity Of The Public Procurement: Delivery Of 564 Units (Number, Kit, Packaging) According To The Attached Technical Specification (Annex No. 1). The Total Estimated Value Of The Present Public Procurement For Its Execution Is Bgn 8 325,00 Excluding Vat, Which Includes: 1. Total Value For Products Included In Tc - Bgn 7 700.00 Excluding Vat; 2. Total Value For Products Not Included In Tc (Option) - Bgn 625.00 Excluding Vat. The Said Estimated Value Represents The Maximum Permissible Value Of The Public Procurement Contract, With Which The Contracting Authority Is Limited But Does Not Oblige To Spend It.
