Tenders are invited for Restructuring of the Main Telephone System (Pabx System) of the Coconut Cultivation Board Interested Bidders can obtain a set of Bid Invitation documents in English Language on making a written request along with a certified copy of the Registration Certificate at the Office of the Registrar of Companies and on payment of a non- refundable fee of Rs. 3500.00 to the Cashier at the Head Office of the Coconut Cultivation Board up to 21.07.2025. Duly perfected bids should be submitted to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 22.07.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closure of acceptance at 2.00 p.m. on 22.07.2025. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present on the occasion. Along with all the bidding documents, unconditional Bid Security not less than 1% to the value of bid obtained from any reputed commercial bank in Sri Lanka, drawn in favour of General Manager, Coconut Cultivation Board should be submitted and it should be valid at least up to 22.10.2025 (Insurance covers will not be accepted). Pre-Bid Meeting for the briefing of bidders is scheduled to be held at the Head Office of the Coconut Cultivation Board at 10.30 a.m. on 10.07.2025 and bidders or one of their representatives interested in this connection can be present. Your duly perfected bidding documents enclosed in a sealed cover and the caption to the effect Restructuring of the main Telephone System (PABX System) of the Coconut Cultivation Board marked on the top left-hand corner of the cover either can be sent by Registered post to the following address to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 22.07.2025 or may be deposited in the Bid Box placed at the Lower Floor to receive before 02.00 p.m. on 22.07.2025.
